It began last year when your reps installed our new
heat pump on a holiday, July 4th. When we first
inquired about a new unit your technician was very
informative and got everything scheduled perfectly.
We were so pleased that we referred two other people
in our mobile home park and they too became
customers.
We had another technician out 1/31/11 to do an
inspection. He was very professional, thorough and
pleasant. He didn’t rush through the inspection – he
listened to our comments and answered our questions.
It was very evident that he had the knowledge of the
product.
Your team is certainly the kind of people we like to

any heat. I called Bayside and they got a tech out fast.
Your technician was really cool! He was polite, and answered
any questions I had that day. It was an all day cycle but he
was patient, and very good. I would/will recommend this
